Booking and cancellation.

At Mya Clínica we value every client’s time. To organise our schedule, we use pre-booking with an advance payment.

Pre-booking fee

To confirm your appointment, we ask for a pre-booking payment when you book. The amount is shown before payment and reserves your time slot.

Cancellation and refunds

• More than 7 days in advance: you can cancel and request a full refund by e-mail to contacto@myaclinica.pt.
• Less than 7 days in advance: the pre-booking fee is not refunded, as we cannot fill the time slot at such short notice.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 3 days before your appointment. After that, a new booking with a new pre-booking payment is required.
