Health data: health data is handled only by professionals bound by secrecy, in Mya Clínica’s clinical software (iMED). It is never used for marketing or sent to marketing or statistics tools. For this reason, please do not include health information in the contact and booking forms.
We do not sell your data. Service providers may process it on Mya Clínica’s behalf, under contracts that protect it:
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (for example to Brazil or the United States). In those cases the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards: a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Just write to contacto@myaclinica.pt. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
