What it is
Volume and hydration, tailored to you.
Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in the skin that helps it hold water. With age, the amount decreases and the face loses volume and hydration.
In a filler treatment, the doctor injects hyaluronic acid into selected areas to restore volume, define contours or soften folds. The amount, measured in millilitres, is decided at the consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions
Is it permanent?
No. Hyaluronic acid is gradually absorbed by the body.
How is it different from botulinum toxin?
Hyaluronic acid restores volume; botulinum toxin relaxes muscles. They are different treatments and sometimes complementary.
Can I go back to work the same day?
Usually yes, with some care the doctor explains at the end of the session.
General information that does not replace a consultation. Suitability, risks and alternatives for each treatment are explained by the doctor at the assessment. Results vary from person to person.
